Pricing is set in tiers not based on users. Most other softwares of this type charge per user. You can also send text messages easily. The software is relatively easy to use. You can use the mobile app or browser app simultaneously. Call routing works well. Support is quick to respond.

The customer support is first class. Every time a problem arose, it was handled immediately! When the phone rings it can go to multiple employees at the same time as well. Love it!

We have used several phone systems over the years. Most of them were expensive, feature bloated, difficult to use and clunky to configure.
