We switched from Phone.com a few years ago and have no regrets. The interface is user-friendly and it's easy to set up and manage the online portal. The few times I've needed support, it has always been quick and professional. We use MightyCall in the daily management of processing phone calls before they have to get to an operator. We use Yealink phones that are easy to integrate with MightyCall.

Call Quality, Ease of Use & Customer Support is fantastic. I am very happy with customer support . Quick response on chat and also provide quick resolution. Best service.

I have used other business phones in past (openphone, callhippo, realpbx), some has call quality issue and some has customer service issue. But MightyCall solves all my problem as call quality and customer support - is a must for my business.

The user interface is excellent - not just for those with technical skills but also for those who typically need a fair amount of help with technology. Very easy to navigate, very easy to set up call flows and setting. The intuitive interface is the best.

The support team has been on top of it, I've actually spoken with the same person multiple times instead of being bounced to a new person with every interaction (like other experiences). I am so much more pleased with MightyCall than the last two service providers we've tried.

Mightycall has many features that I love! Some things that I like best are 1) the texting feature 2) how friendly and easy the app is to navigate and use 3) that I can have the option to call from my web browser if I prefer AND receive calls through the web too! Any time I have had any issues customer support chat resolves my issues within minutes! I appreciate that MightyCall has frequent updates to ensure the best usage. I use MightyCall every single day and it has made having a "work number" on my personal phone such an easy process and not at all a nuisance.

MightyCall was easy to set up, very affordable and customer service was very responsive.

It was easy to implement, integrate and use. When I had call flow questions, I found that Customer Support was very responsive and they solved the challenge. MightyCall offers a lot of features at a competitive rate. I rely on their system everyday to make sure prospective customers from our website can easily call and reach my business partner and me.

Great Call Quality - Responsive Customer Support

The dashboard is intuitive and easy to use. Pricing is competitive, but my favorite thing was they do not overwhelm you with useless features. The reporting dashboard is really nifty as well. The few interactions I had with customer support were swift, and the were happy to answer my questions. Their mobile app was great, and it was easy to implement their system for everyday use.
