Preview Mode allows agents to view a contact’s information before making the call.

How it works

When an agent receives a call request initiated by the dialer, they are given preview time to review the contact’s details.
Once the call ends, the agent has wrap-up time for any after-call activities before receiving the next call request within the campaign.

Preview Mode is designed to enhance agent preparedness ahead of each conversation.

Zero abandon rate, as the system dials only when an agent becomes available and accepts a call request.

Best for

Preview Mode is particularly beneficial for sales teams that require a personalized approach to their pitches, which optimizes their engagement and conversion rates.

Progressive dialer

Progressive Mode automatically dials the next number from a contact list as soon as there’s at least one agent available to take the call.

How it works

The dialer preliminarily reserves an available agent for the upcoming call. After determining there is an agent free, the system initiates contact with a lead. Once the lead is on the line, the previously reserved agent receives a call with the lead already on the line.
After the call ends, the agent has wrap-up time to complete after-call activities and then becomes available to take the next call.

Progressive Dialer

Advantages

The ratio between the calls made by the system and available agents is always 1 to 1, which guarantees the quickest agent response for every lead you reach.

Best for

Progressive Mode creates a steady flow of calls, making it perfect for tasks like contacting leads, follow-ups, or customer surveys, where agents need to be constantly engaged and no preparation before the call is required.

Predictive dialer

Predictive Mode predicts agents’ availability and calls multiple contacts simultaneously, ensuring an agent is immediately connected to a live contact once they pick up the phone.

How it works

The algorithm forecasts agent availability based on campaign performance. The dialer initiates outreach to multiple contacts simultaneously as agents are finishing their ongoing calls.
Once a contact answers the call, the system connects them to an available agent.
After the call ends, agents have wrap-up time to complete necessary after-call tasks. Once this is completed, they are ready to receive the next call within the campaign.

Predictive Dialer

Advantages

The predictive dialer algorithm continuously analyzes key campaign metrics. This allows it to adjust the frequency and number of contacts dialed, minimizing the number of abandoned calls.

Best for

Predictive Mode significantly enhances call center efficiency by dialing the highest number of calls of the three modes, which makes it ideal for large-scale outbound campaigns, including cold calling.
